Founded by John P. Riddle as a commercial extension of wartie ferrying servciice to Brazil. The airline acquired its route certificate in 1951. Name changed to Airlift International Airlines in 1963 and they operated until 1992. Riddle and Airlift provided passenger service primarily for the military which awarded Logair contracts.
